Why I Love Being a Stylist: It's a new job everyday and you make people happy with themselves and their appearance, while also educating them on Aveda products and their mission.
What or who inspires you and your work? As a child of the 80's, I have to love the rocker chic looks that are making a comeback courtesy of Gwen Stefani and Pink. I have to include Madonna...can one person reinvent herself anymore!?!? I still love classic, pretty looks as worn by Grace Kelly, Charlize Theron and Reese Witherspoon. I am also a huge fan of Sarah Jessica Parker's versatile style. Inspiration is everywhere...just look around!

Favorite Aveda Products: Smooth Infusion Style Prep Smoother - awesome for all the heat used these days to style hair; also keeps humidity out of the hair for 12 hours! Hand Relief - a hairdresser's savior! It helps dry, cracked hands & stays on for 3-4 hand washings. I LOVE IT!
Why I Love Being a Stylist: What I love most about my job is that it changes each day with new challenges and new people to meet. I love to make people feel confident about their appearance.

Why I Love Being a Stylist: I love to make people feel good about themselves, especially if they are having a bad day or week. I love showing people change, and the positive affect a makeover can have on their feelings toward themselves. I don't think of my occupation as a job. I love what I do and feel like I get to play all day :-) A smile and a "thank you" is what I work for!
What or who inspires you and your work? I'm inspired by the "average joe!" I like someone who needs a little TLC and who isn't all about themselves. But I do love my Donna Summer!!!

Why I Love Being a Stylist: I love having an impact on every guest's way of perceiving themselves. Also, being a part of a person's special occasion (weddings, prom, etc...) is a lot of fun. I really enjoy every aspect of being a stylist!
